Single point service

Order, service and payment at a single point and the customer then consumes on the premises or they take away.

Take-away: Service method is commonly used for fast-food operations.  Customer orders is served form a single point, usually a counter.  Customer normally consumes the food off the premises.  Some take-away establishments provide seating.  Take-aways also include drive thrus where the customer drives a vehicle past order, payment and collection points.

Vending: Automatic retailing of food and beverage products.

Kiosks: Service provided through using outstations during peak demand in specific locations.

Food Court: A group of autonomous counters where customers may either order or buy from a number of counters and eat in separate eating area or take away.

Bar: A selling point for the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor in licensed premises.
